The Ale’s Letter · Jurisdictional intelligence
Where you and your family are based is becoming one of the most consequential decisions of the decade.
Most of the intelligence on it is fragmented, single-country, and often outdated by the time you find it. That’s the gap this publication exists to close.

Watch first
Here’s a short video that walks through what this publication is, what you’ll get, and why it could be of value to you.
The mission
To build the best jurisdictional intelligence resource on the internet.
Every week I will be sharing deep dives, practical guides, and unique insights on countries, tax frameworks, residencies, visas, citizenships, and the trends that shape where and how we live.
My aim is to take it to the next level and invest in the top resources and experts in the world to bring you the most up to date and nuanced information.
If you spend enough time reading here
- 01Know where the real arbitrage lives, not what the brochures say
- 02See jurisdictional moves before they get priced in
- 03Understand tax regimes as tools, not obstacles
- 04Build positioning across countries, not within one
- 05Read the trends 2 to 3 years before the consensus catches up
- 06Have a clearer answer for where you and your family should actually be based

Why invest in the new paid tiers?
I’ve kept everything free for a while. The more this publication grows, the more energy and resources I can put into it, so I’m opening the paid tiers now for readers who want to go beyond the base and act on it. Two tiers. Both open at founding rates that won’t repeat.
Locked in for life for the first 300 subscribers. Regular price after that: $29/month.
Free gives you the thesis. Insider gives you the coordinates: the exact places, the real numbers, and the full replay library, so you can act instead of just read.
- 01Up to three paid in-depth guides per month: exact towns, prices, timelines, and the catches the brochures leave out
- 02Full webinar replay library, plus every slide deck
- 03The complete guide archive and all prior paid issues
- 04Private community chat and regular live AMAs
- 05A vote on the next guide or webinar
One well-timed relocation decision informed by what you find inside pays for years of the subscription.
Ten seats only.
For the most serious sovereignty-seekers. Not more newsletter. Direct access: a private room, time with me, and warm introductions to the vetted lawyers, fund administrators, and banking contacts we work with.
- 01Everything in Insider
- 02Private group chat (Signal or Telegram), small and curated
- 03Two 30-minute 1-on-1 calls per year, one per semester
- 04Custom guides upon request
- 05Warm introductions to our vetted practitioner network
- 06Locked-in founding rate before the next cohort raises
If you’re actively looking for access to a network of like-minds and experts, this is where I’m putting my direct time.

About me
A culmination of a decade of doing this, structured and shared with you every week.
I’m an Italian lawyer by training (PhD in Public Law, master’s in the regulation of global markets). Early in my career I realized that practicing law inside one system was not how I wanted to spend my time, so I started building companies across jurisdictions instead. That took me across more than eight countries, through over $1M in cross-border compliance work, and into advisory roles for the Oxford Deep Tech Dispute Resolution Lab, San Marino Innovation, and the Astana International Financial Center.
Today I’m co-founder and CEO of Bitizenship and co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bitizenship Capital SGR, where we focus on investment migration. Over the past few years I’ve moved more than €25M through citizenship and investment structures in Europe and beyond.
The content I’ve been sharing on X, YouTube, and here has become some of the most-followed jurisdictional intelligence on the internet, with close to half a billion impressions over the past two years.
I’ve lived in six countries and traveled to more than fifty. My family is international.
Why now
We’re at a critical juncture.
The world is moving toward a multi-polar order, and the governance structures we inherited from the 19th and 20th centuries are showing serious limitations. Borders are being redefined. Quality of life and opportunity increasingly depend on where you and your family are based, and AI will keep pushing geography in directions few people are ready for.
Reading these trends and thinking beyond a single country is no longer optional for anyone with a stake in the outcome. That’s what this publication is for. The paid tiers are for readers who want to act on what they read here.
Whichever tier you land on, thank you for being here.
This is the beginning of an exciting chapter.
