Questions

Before you subscribe.

How often do you publish?

Two newsletters a month on the free tier. Insider adds up to three paid in-depth guides per month, plus webinar replays and slide decks as they’re recorded.

What’s the difference between the free and paid tiers?

Free gives you the thesis. Insider gives you the coordinates: the exact places, the real numbers, and the full replay library, so you can act instead of just read. Founding is direct access: a private room, time with me, and warm introductions to the vetted lawyers, fund administrators, and banking contacts we work with.

Is this legal, tax, or investment advice?

No. Nothing in this publication is legal, financial, or investment advice. It’s provided on a best-effort basis and I strive for objectivity, but you should verify anything material with your own advisors. Official product documents always beat anything I say or write.

Is the Founding tier consultancy?

No, and I want to be clear about that before you pay. Founding gets you two 30-minute calls a year with me and a small private room. Those are strategic conversations, not professional consultations: I’ll help you understand the landscape and the trade-offs, structure your questions, and point you toward the right licensed professionals.

I won’t act as your lawyer, your tax adviser, or your immigration counsel, and no professional-client relationship is created. Where your situation needs professional advice, that’s a separate engagement with the right practitioner, and one of the things Founding gives you is a warm introduction to them. The full terms are in Part B of the legal page.

You run companies in this space. Isn’t that a conflict?

It’s a disclosed one. I’m co-founder and CEO of Bitizenship and co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bitizenship Capital SGR, which operate in investment migration. Nothing written here should be attributed to those entities, and where a piece touches a program I have commercial exposure to, I say so. The full framework is on the legal page.

Can I cancel, or switch tiers?

Yes. Billing runs through Substack, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your own account. Founding rates stay locked for as long as the subscription stays active.
